Dark lager/Schwarzbier. Chestnut color with tastes of
chocolate and licorice.
A rich lager that is both brisk and refreshing. 5.0% abv.
Blonde ale/Kölsch. Inspired by
the refreshing, crisp, golden ales from Cologne, Germany.
The aromatics of an ale with the clean, spritzy character of a lager. 5.0% abv.
Weizenbock/wheat double bock.
Unfiltered and murky amber in color. Notes of whole grain bread, bananas and
cinnamon.
Frighteningly drinkable at 8.0% abv.
Smoked lager/ rauchbier. Clear amber in color. Hints of
smoke and licorice in the nose. Restrained smoky notes throughout.
A very fine take on the Rauchbiers of Germany. A must beer to have for a
barbeque or with a fine cigar. 6.5% abv.
