Immort Ale is vast in
character, luscious and complex. Brewed with peat-smoked barley, this strong
ale undergoes two fermentations; the first on ale yeast and the second on
champagne yeast. It is brewed with organic juniper berry, vanilla, and pure
Massachusetts maple syrup. It is then aged on oak for at least two months.
Dogfish Head Immort Ale was named 1997 beer of the year by The Philadelphia
Daily News.

90 Minute Imperial I.P.A.Named one of
the top ten cult beers by American Brewer Magazine. This beer benefits from
a single, constant hop addition of Wiliamette, Cascade and Columbus, that
lasts for 90 minutes. Feel the burn? That's the sickness AND the cure!

120 Minute IPAToo extreme to be called beer? Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato,
boiled for a full 2 hours while being continually hopped with high alpha
American hops, dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for a
month on whole leaf hops, 120 Minute IPA is by far the biggest IPA ever
brewed! At 21% abv and 120 IBU's, you can see why we call this the Holy
Grail for Hopheads!

Midas Touch"It's good...It's really
good." Raved The Today Show's Matt Lauer upon trying Midas Touch on air. The
recipe was discovered in King Midas' Tomb and it's the oldest known
fermented beverage in the world. Brewed with barley, white muscat grapes,
thyme honey and saffron. It has the body of a beer but ends dry and fruity
like a fine white wine.

|
World Wide StoutThe worlds strongest dark
beer. It is brewed using six different yeast strains over seven months and
then aged for half a year. Dark, rich, roasty and complex, World Wide Stout
has more in common with a fine port than a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.
